Ok, so I think I cheated a little today, as I had a pizza made with a low-carb tortilla (4 nc) but it was so worth it to have a pizza again. It tasted delicious. And the plus was that was the only thing for the day with an incredible meal that was not what I was supposed to eat. We had company over and it really was really fun for all of us to put together our tortilla pizzas as it had been at least a month since I last had pizza. mmmmm-mmmmm-goood.

And, I'm only at about 21 nc today, so I think the tortilla can slide today. What a happy dinner.

Littlesmom, you did good!!! Making a pizza using a low carb tortilla is what I usually do while craving pizza and following this way of eating. It satisfies the need without making you fall off the wagon. Good Job!!!

You did just fine - never thought of using my low carb tortilla for the pizza. Always use eggs or pork rinds for the pizza base - thanks for the tip!! Keep up the good work!!

I found the pork rind pizza crust recipe, might try that soon. My husband is not fan of pork rinds used in cooking!
