Starting over today, working out and eating right. Over the next four months my plan is to try and lose weight and get fit!!!! Ideally I would lose 20-25 pounds this year, but for some personal reasons I know I will not meet that goal. My plan is to lose weight and get fit over the next four months and try to stay fit the rest of the year. I’m excited to start and I really want to keep to it and see some milestones hit
