Hmm. Average daily calories in the Thanksgiving week were over 1600🤷♀️. Trying to go back to 1400-1450 now, but do I have to if I lose weight with 1600?

Thanks, Zenus! I’m myself shocked it is finally happening on this scale! (Pun intended😀) And the biggest factor for me is being on this app where I count calories, plan meals, and get my daily inspiration from other people, including you! You’ve done amazingly well, too!

Gigi, thanks for the Gravity Transformation recommendation—I’ll check them out. Always looking for good sources of info. And I hope to get more into exercise—my routines are way too lackadaisical!

@Agnes Wise lady! I've just been mainly counting in my head, since I've learned the contents of most foods I eat by heart...lol. TBH, though, I've mostly paid attention to protein (making sure I get enough) and carbs (making sure not to get too much), letting the rest just ride...lol. ...but I know the high calories stuff that I really enjoy by heart also (like patty sausage & peanut butter) & limit it. Body recomp seems to being going well with this method, but I think it's about time to start logging again. I take creatine too, but only before workouts. I think I should start to implement it daily.
