This is not too bad for totally ignoring my diet for a couple of days. My stomach has shrunk a bit. I couldn't put down anywhere nearly as much food as I used to.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
