Eating out of control at night. I know its from the NOT SMOKING. I am really working hard on grabbing healthier snacks. I have gained my loss plus a few lbs. A bummer but I will get through It. I love my new job and so glad to NOT be smoking. I am proud of all the healthier choice I have made for myself and my family.
