trying to recover from 2 seizures in 4 days. Too much fun over our vacation and not enough rest. I am really too tired to eat or do too much except I did ride my recumbent bike for 20 min. This low carb diet is an easy diet at least. one problem, it makes me constipated. Anyone have that problem?
