Keep forgetting to log food and exercise. Haven't been running as much as I should but my boyfriend gave me an awesome watch for my birthday that measures my pace and distance so hopefully that will motivate me to get back to it! I've been doing Jillian Michael's "No More Trouble Zones" every other day for the last two weeks and my legs and butt already look better.
