Love it!! But for me as pre diabetic ill just put less sweetened milk no more added sugar. Stay safe zone Lol.

It’s actually Panna Cotta (no eggs) and drizzled with balsamic vinegar!! About 200 calories so not terrible-but definitely a treat!
