Nice drop! Hey, I food prep and I was trying to make my chicken baked in the oven to make it easier and I hated the texture. 🤮
I remember you saying how you don’t prefer chicken.
Turns out, I prefer to either cook it in crock pot until it’s fall apart tender OR cut my chicken breasts into bite sized pieces, THEN pan fry in oil spray until VERY charred and cooked firm (and seasoned w my McCormick mojito lime
powder).
Otherwise I don’t prefer it either. For me, it’s a texture issue.
