Was really hoping I'd drop a little today since I've been good since Monday. However, I did lift weights last night and I have a theory that that causes my weight to be a little higher the next day.
I'm a little nervous about today and tomorrow as I will have ample chance to go off of my diet. I'm determined to stay within my bounds though and I hope the very thought of entering those awful calories into fatsecret will help me say no!

Any exercise that your muscles aren't used to (especially weights)causes little tears in the your muscles fibers. They retain water to help them heal and become stronger. This can show on the scale as no loss, small loss or a gain. It is temporary and goes away as your muscles get used to the new exercise. But will come back when you change or lift heavier weights.
