It's a sugar-free electrolyte drink so works great for those fasting as it has zero calories.

Revive has got me through this year! I love the raspberry flavour... I finished about 4 boxes of them already 🙊 but quite pricey at about R450 for a month's supply... haven't been able to find anything more affordable that's also sugar free

It's available at Takealot and Faithful to Nature. Leka flavors. New Blood orange flavor now available as well which I must still try. I only use it for my boxing days and when I'm sick and dehydrated then it manages to stretch bit.
