This weekend i ate more calories than in the whole week... Feeling guilty and really worried about how is that going to affect my diet. I don't want to throw all my hard work
108.2 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
