Alright, so I went on a eat whatever I want spree and now it's time to get serious again and start limiting myself again, really need to just start making better choices. I am happy to say that I still have been able to maintain my workout routines, so I am still in shape.
I joined complete nutrition and will start looking at my lean body mass and my fat percentage, which is a lot higher than I thought. I am currently at 36% body fat. Need to focus on losing fat and not so much on gaining muscle.
Here's to watching my intake closer to help me make some gains!
