Daddy Manatee's Journal, 29 October 2023

Worked called me to me and I had to answer, and missed two days of the gym. Made it Friday, had a good workout and then somewhere along the way hurt my shoulder. Must have pulled something. Feeling much better this morning.

I have always said work gets in the way of fun😜. Glad you are feeling better though. We started watching Yellowstone this weekend. Never seen it before and it made me think of you and your daughter. So nice to grow up around animals.

If there’s a physical exercise element to your job then it’s not a complete loss. Your diet is the more profound and impactful part of your health at this point. I hope you are showing some kindness to your heart ♥️. (Do it for love, @Manatee!)

maybe not the same as the gym but I'm sure you could come up with something to do on a break or lunch to give you some benefit

I could do some exercise at work. I picked up some resistance bands for when I am stuck there all day. I have been thinking of setting up a weight bench there too, then I could post cool deadlift pictures of me lifting outside like super does. And yes JB! My diet is the main thing I need to focus on. When I think about grabbing fast food I see you telling me no! I am doing much better in that department.
