Sorry for the delay in replying...don't get on alot, I need to do better! I make a "bloody mary" type drink - 2 tomato's, carrot, spinach, celery, cucumber, water, hot sauce, worchester sauce, horseradish and a small dash of salt blend. My husband drinks it cold, but I sometimes heat it up for a change. 2 of these per day, then I will do 2 fruit drinks - whatever I feel like throwing in. At night we will have steamed veggies just so that we get that "chewing effect" that we need. On the weekends we do cheat, but get right back on track on Mondays. However, this weekend, ate too much with salt and paying the price!
