I am so glad I decided to get off my butt and start working out. It isnt always easy but its becoming a habit now which is awesome. I feel a lot better already but still have a ways to go to get to my goal. Now that I enter what I eat and exercise I actually make a more concious effort to get more exercise. I will park farther from the store to get some extra walking in and things like that. So glad I found this site.
