Decided as I’m trying to get down close to my goal. I really got to start tracking my food closely and being very mindful about what I eat, potentially reducing the amount of food as I increased activity which is limited because I am recovering from a stress fracture, and a concussion! Slow but steady wins the race. I’m thinking because of my limitation on activity it’s got to be the diet that changes. 😞😞
