Three days back from hols in Wales and back on a no puds and small breakfast & lunch rule. It has revealed the extent of holiday damage as about 1.3kg. Away from home all this week but will try and keep to the same but will be seeing old mates. I plan to do additional running whilst I am away to offset any excesses
