Working on my mom’s land today so, wanted a little extra energy food. Part of my brkfst…11g organic coconut 🥥 oil, 1stevia pkt, 4g powdered PB, 4g Ghirardelli’s cocoa powder, 7g pistachios.

@Diana…I like the powdered PB when I need to adjust my fat intake. I alternate my fats. lol It’s pretty versatile. I use it in yogurt, mock ice cream, my chocolate avocado “pudding” or just add a little water and have it w a few SF Lily’s chocolate chips.

@Morticia…Thank you! It’s a comfort food for me. @Lux…there are other non sugar sweeteners, maybe you could experiment? Or maybe use SF maple syrup?

@TJV…I usually make single serving desserts v. big batches, to help control my sweet tooth! Lol I’ve learned through my health journey a little serving is enough to satisfy me without having to deprive myself completely of my treats! Working on my mom’s land is her “love language”. She is so proud of her land. The back yard is covered in beautiful moss (feels like plush carpeting) and when tidied up, looks like an oasis, a beautiful park-like environment. I’m proud of her as well. I also like the conversations we have. She’s in her 80s and her mind is as sharp as a tack!! Intelligent!

I sometimes use the PB2 when making oriental sauces or want a hint of the peanut butter taste in a smoothie.
