I have gained. Not lost. I put yesterday's weigh in at 130KG which was way over.

Hi there, we go through gaining weight have you thought of speaking to your Doctor? I know that helps a lot of people, it's so hard to lose weight when you are also battling other conditions. I live with chronic anxiety disorder, so I know how hard it is. I also know journaling is so good for anxiety it helps to look back and see how far you have come, it can be a wonderful encouragement.

@Mama , Yeah, spoke to my Dr many times. I suffer with PCOS, so, losing weight is a really big challenge. I am also on that Diabetes Medication (Metformin) for my PCOS. Don't have Diabetes though. That is my chronic physical condition. With mental health, I see my Psychologist and also take meds for that. Just been so hard dealing with things against me. 😭
