Oh my gosh thank you everyone! It was as good as it looked.
zshub, here's what I did.
Spring mix
Orange bell peppers, red onion, grape tomatoes, all cut up.
Feta cheese
Dried cranberries
Patted dried 4 large scallops, sprinkled with my homemade seasoned salt. Sliced some garlic up.
Put butter into a pan, sauted the garlic until crispy, pulled those out and used the same butter for the scallops. Seared one side. Added some pecans and then seared the other side of the scallops while toasting the pecans. Those came out and drained next to the garlic.
Put it all in the plate. Drizzled with a raspberry dressing.
