Resisting to weigh myself. I want to wait till Monday. New eating plan is easy to follow, satisfying and it feels like it is working! I just don't need the scale messing things up in my head. If I lose a lot, I think wheeeeeeee this is gonna be easy, then I let my resolve down, or if it didn't budge, i think Whaaaaaaaaa... and want to give up...
