Day 73. Liquid dinner last night. Oh well... I also attended the Military Affairs Committee Luncheon at the base yesterday. I skipped the gravy and bacon smothered chicken breast. NOTHING healthy about that chicken!! Instead I had 4 small pork riblets, green beans and a small kale and tomato salad with a drizzle of dressing. I am pleased at the way I am choosing my food when dining out. On Sunday I will be cooking for the Annual Moose Lodge Labor Day Picnic and Dart Tournament. I will be partaking in a few light beers but will cook chicken thighs for myself. Eye on the prize all and have a safe weekend!!
