Have changed my IF cut off time. For the past several years it was nothing after 6:30/7P unless either of us got hungry before bed. Everything in my life has changed and somewhere in the last month I noticed I wasn't eating after about 5:30. Probably changed because I'm going to bed earlier. About the past week I was curious if I could consciously push back the time and I'm holding ok stopping at 4P. It isn't written in stone. I'm fearful of going hypo so if I start feeling hungry I'll eat.
