This week I did like last week. Ate randomnly, dont know exactly how but ended up eating allot of veggies and fruit. Whenever I have a food desire \i get an apple. Sometimes \i'm eating 2-3 apples in a day. Most of the times is just 1 apple. Hope the scale gets repaired soon so will be able to check the weight more often.
Tomorrow I'm on juice fasting. Took this decision because my legs started getting swollen. I'm on some medication and was looking forward to an improvement in my leg condition but somehow results don't come over night. So yes Im giving fasting a try. It's been some times since I didn't fast, so here and there it might be a good thing.
Then will go again to massage because it is really good for general condition. Tiredness is less today compared to other days, but I'm careful with sugar consumption.(except fruit, which I think is very healthy and there's nothing in this world to tell me fruit is not healthy. Out of all foods I like fruit most. And after 1 year and a half since I'm eating carefully, I can say that the best meal out there would be a salad with some fruit and a curry side dish(bitter melon or drum sticks).
Looking forward for the day when I'll reach my goalweight.
