NOT DOING GOOOD AT ALL. MY FAULT..... I JUST HAVENT BEEN A GOOD GIRL! TOO MUCH STRESS, NOT ENOUGH FOOD! HAHAHA.. NOT REALLY FUNNY, BUT THIS IS MY WEAKNESS. I PROMISE TO GET BACK ON TRACK SOON. WORK IS REALLY STRESSFUL RIGHT NOW... AUDITORS ARE HERE!! AAAAAHHHH! I HAVE NO LIFE RIGHT NOW OTHER THAN WORK AND NO TIME TO PLAN MY MEALS. YUK. HAVE A GOOD DAY EVERYONE AND BE GOOD!

rough times happen just remember when it's over to get back to the promise you made to yourself to get rid of the extra weight. We all can do it, it just takes some time and a sprinkle of willpower.

V, here are some harsh words. You're too large. You're too large for your health, you're too large for your well being. YOU think you're too large for yourself, otherwise you wouldn't be here. Stop giving yourself excuses and do what you need to do. YOU HAVE TO KEEP AT THIS. You don't want to quit. You don't want to fail. But at times you get discouraged. Stop it. Ignore those thoughts that say it is too hard, too inconvenient, too difficult. Stop giving yourself excuses. Do it. DO IT! If you keep going, you are going to do it. And if you keep going, you're going to see changes that you've wanted for years. And you are going to do it one day at a time. Today is the day you're going to create and welcome a brand new you, that you welcome and celebrate. No more excuses. Start now.

Hi Vicki I'm with u about the auditors!!! They are in my office too at the moment and are driving me insane!!! Do u have a gym at work or near? I go to the one 5 mins from my work in my lunch hour as it's the only free time I have and it really helps the stress!!! If not why not go walking at lunch or when u on a break? It does help the stress AND it's good excercise. Hope u get back on track.

Sorry you are having it so rough sis. I am do I just haven't cared lately. I guess having a man that loves me for who and what I am makes me love myself! I love you sis. When the stress lets up (if ever) get back on the horse that is all we can do. Muahhhhhhh

Don't beat yourself up about it. Just know that you are going to get back into it soon. Plan ahead and when your ready start again. That's what i did and it's working. I'm sure we'll get there in the end. Try not to work too hard : )

Comfort eating is sooo tempting - can you find a supply of atkins treat/meal bars - I ouldn't rely on them normally, but I think you have the perfect reason right now! maybe you should set yourself another target - e.g. I will may not lose any more wieght, but I won't gain anymore either, until I get my life back, then I WILL start losing again.
