I was really happy with my loss last week and I'm just happy I didn't gain this week and was able to keep it! I have continued exercising most days. 3 days under 10,000 steps last week. However my 7 day total was still over 70,000 steps. Only 2 days under my 1500 calorie goal though... I need to be more consistent if I want to lose weight.

Eat less. Move more.

I was happy with my moving more portion last week. It could have been better, but considering the cold I've been fighting I still feel good about what I've done. I most definitely could have done better on the eating less portion.

Here is to a new week and fresh start!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
