This is very very frustrating.
The day before TOM started, I gained four pounds. During, I have gained another pound. I am very upset about this! I haven't gone off track, I haven't done anything terrible. My ratios are off food wise but not so much that I should be GAINING weight! There's no way ratios off would throw me out of Ketosis.
I'm just really upset about this :/

You can't do anything about your hormones. This happens to millions of women every month. It's very normal. Just drink plenty of liquids and it will go away soon.

I soo know how you feel. You are not alone! You havent done anything wrong! I always get a set back around TOM and the following week as well, it so frustrating!!! Just keep doing what you are doing and yes drink plenty of water. You will get passed this, I do every month. But, I do totally understand how you are feeling.

You will be fine girl, it is just water weight! I usually gain a few lbs in water weight around TOM. Just don't give up and don't give up for TOM (I have many times and it's the worst!) You are probably still losing fat, and that's what counts!!

Relax, breathe deeply and wait for your TOM to pass. What everyone has said here is true. You will be fine. The scale is just an imperfect measurement stick ...
