Sorry you are going through this and back in the hospital. Dear Lord, please be with CJ to strengthen her. Give her favor with the hospital personnel and guide her doctors in how best to help her. Oh yes, and Lord help her tolerate that hospital food.

Wishing you a short and successful hospital stay and getting back home quickly. It is hard to sleep well in a hospital. I feel lucky I have mostly avoided it in my adult life (just stayed to give birth, twice). I had a rather traumatic prolonged stay in the hospital as a kid.

Sorry to hear that dear 😔 how long do they expect that you will have to this time? I understand the necessity but the hospital is such a miserable place 😖. I sorry that you having to stay for treatment again 😔. Feel better as as you can. I'll be checking on you when I'm able.

Aw you are all so lovely to care and think of me. It’s been a very long day but I’m doing ok. I am hoping to be discharged tomorrow afternoon after the second round of IVIG. I hope to sleep better tonight but I’m taking prednisone now and you know that makes it hard to sleep. The food here really sucks. The only decent thing I’ve had was an omelette made of eggbeaters, mushrooms! And onions, plus a cup of oatmeal this morning. But I snacked my way through being stuck in a chair with an iv going including lots of club crackers (my favorite indulgence). I’ll post an update when I get home. I’ve got a friend of my daughter (who is in Italy right now) watching my herd of cats. A friend of mine will pick me up tomorrow and take me home. It’s a 45 minute drive (both ways) but they won’t release me to an Uber! It cost 100 bucks (including 20 tip and tolls) to get here via Uber yesterday. I’m going to update my diary now.
