Day 70. Happy September 1st. 2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes. Oatmeal and banana breakfast , lunch packed and dinner planned. I have a goal of 12 pounds this month. I am going to step up on the exercise and see where it takes me. Wishing everyone a successful month. Eye on the prize!!
