Ran 4 miles this morning, with no walking. First time. Much better running in the cool morning hours. Its nice, but so far I like running in the evenings the best as it does not involve getting up so early, but life is often too busy or that! Anyay, nice to start the day 500 plus calories in the hole! Next goal: 5 miles by next week.
