I need a translator for all those names! LOL! When I lived in South Florida, I joined LA fitness, I would go in the middle of the night (open 24 hours) just so I did not have a lot of activity around me, I did mostly cardio back then and too much activity was distracting.

@Deb... Hevy can help with that..lol. I love that app! It's great for body weight exercises too, amongst many other uses. You can search which muscle(s) you want to work and it will give a list of exercises to choose from. I try to hit the gym between 12-4pm. I've read that is when we are naturally strongest.

I guess it's a good thing that my work hours are between 12 and 4:30 PM so I can take advantage of my natural strength to throw that mail!!!! LOL! I know I should try to get out more and do different things, and that my dedication to my beloved Post Office 6 days a week limits me in so many ways because it's so far from most modern places that have things like gyms, pools and saunas. But it makes me happy to chat with my customers every day. I make all of my appointments early in the morning so I have time to be in and out before work. I plan my life around my job and my dogs. Hubby does the same. It's not exciting, probably not particularly healthy and most folks would say we are in a rut of sorts but we are content with it. I have set up the living room in my Mom's house next door as my "workout area" it has a FireTV so I can get you tube, yoga mats, my dumbells, resistance bands and a never used jump rope. my bike is in my bedroom so I can hop on it first thing in the morning. I may....one day....get rid of Mama's living room furniture so I have room to set up a weight bench or possibly a power rack of some sort. But for now it's what I got, I have downloaded a few apps on my phone, but it's not something I like to use to work out because of it's size. I do DDP yoga and they have an app that I don't use either. I do the DVD's on the big TV...I don't even like using the FS App, I prefer using my desktop and a keyboard big enough for my fingers. I attached a bluetooth keyboard to the TV so I did not have to try to search you tube by typing with a remote. My phone spends most of it's time in the bottom of my purse or in my pocket, it's mainly for phone calls and an occasional text. I'm one of "those people" who hate watching entire families glued to their phones in public places, not interacting with each other at all. So other than tracking my weight , blood pressure and fasting times it's simply a phone or a music device.

LOL! I'm SO glad you enjoy your job & customers, Deb! I know what you mean about loving what you do and giving it your all. I tend to give any job 110%, even if I hate it...lol. I'm planning on going back to work soon, and I'm sure my workouts will suffer. At least, if I get on at my first job of choice, there will likely be plenty of heavy lifting involved...lol. It sounds like you have a great setup! I wish I could focus like that at home. My focus while at home is always family, animal, and household duty based. Getting out & going to the gym is like having ME time. My gym is about 15 minutes away. It doesn't have pools or saunas (gosh, that would be lovely!). It's just exercise equipment & 1 stand-up tanning bed. I don't use many apps either, but the Hevy app is paramount for me to record my workouts in order to see progression in strength like FS is for diet losses/gains.

My little Iris is my only companion over at Mom's she knows to get in her bed there and stay out of my way, the other dogs prefer to be outside or in Bella's case inside the house on the sofa with Baby Girl, Baby Girl was Mama's dog and she gets stressed going inside because she hunts for Mama still, so I leave them both at home, I enjoy the break from them, Iris just does not want me out of her sight, she does not feel the need to be petted while I am busy doing something...she just wants to watch me. LOL she has a bed in the bathroom and one in my Craft Cave too, my little shadow, she would like to go to work with me too and she could, the prior Post Office Lady had her dog there with her, but Iris is very protective of me and raises a loud vocal fuss when strangers appear so she is not allowed to shadow me at work. It is hard to focus at home, when riding my bike or taking a walk, all the dogs want to participate or watch and I end up scolding them and losing focus on what I am doing at the time. I wish they were all as un-intrusive as Iris is, Missy wants to be petted and tries to put her head in my lap while I'm biking, she gets kneed in the chin and causes me to stop to make her lay down and behave. Unruly children they are!! Interesting to note, all of them are getting fitter, even tiny Baby Girl with her congestive heart failure by taking my walks with me.

They are, and they are all snoring right now, they were outside all day. I was in my craft cave making jewelry, made 5 rings 3 necklaces and 10 pairs of earrings, it was a productive day!
