erikahollister, it's funny that you said that because she told me when I was around 5 years old, I stated to her that I'm going to put on a suit and take her on a date lol I don't remember saying that since it was so long ago but fast forward to 2023, it came to fruition.

Thank you so much Leah_guffey for the compliments and birthday wishes. I love dressing up and try to give myself a reason to do so as much as I can. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my Uncle in 2020 (my mom's brother) who was like my dad growing up and I also lost my biological father 3 months after my uncle. The first thing me and mom did was visit my Uncle's grave. That was her first time since the funeral. Sometimes I wish we all could live to see 100 but I have to face reality. It just hurts so much losing a loved one.
