Yesterday I pretty much stuck to the plan I'd decided on...including the food at the restuarant and the no-alcohol plan. It was hard considerign we were meeting for dinner and drinks, then the comedy show during which we sorta had to order drinks or something, and then afterward to another bar for drinks! When you're not drinking you realize how these darn social plans all revolve around drinks galore, and one feels like the lamest person at the table for not joinign the crowd! Well, despite the many temptations and persuasions, I stuck to tthe plan. Had only water with my dinner, and then coffee at the show, and then nothing at all at the last bar. However, I did crumble upon coming home. I ate my leftover blue cheese salad as I was getting pretty hungry. Then I found some leftover cornbread muffins I'd made for the party last week and ate 4 of those!!! Yeah, I felt pretty bad considering I'd had a perfect day otherwise! Also I was going to be going to bed on a stomach full of carbs!!

I didn't get any exercise yesterday or today..except I did spend 4 hours in a self-defense class...we did some basic moves there that burned some light calories throwing punches and blows...

Today I didn't gain any pounds (perhaps even lost 0.2!) so I was relieved and swore to stick to my 2 weeks of induction religiously. I did mostly good on meals...but still feel quite bloated as of afternoon and a little guilty due to the following.
Breakfast: good one at a string cheese and coffee (0c)
lunch: subway salad with 2 slices cheese and ranch dressing (3 c)
late afternoon got peckish: 1 bad of peanuts (yikes! nuts are not allowed on induction!) (2-4 c)
snack in evening: Breyers lo-carb icecream (5 c)
dinner: spagetti squash 2-3 servings (8-11c), with sage-garlic cream sauce (0c--almost 8 points as very high in fat!)
At the most: 23 carbs..but may have gotten away with 20!

Exercise: I got lazy!! This is stupid! Can't afford to skip classes like this! Tomorrow I HAVE to go to yoga at lunch, then abs/toning class, and then tai chi.
