Today, cleaning off my kitchen counter of the garden bounty I canned two quarts of tomatoes, made 2 cups of cole slaw and a batch of zucchini fritters. Tried to add the fritters into the database, because that's what I ended up having for lunch, but could not do it as I don't have time to estimate the calories, protein, fat, etc. So I settled for another zucchini "pancake" that's already in the database.
