i am stuck. despite 9 days round 1000 calories no downward movement on scales. sigh. i know really that i have ro stay at 900 or below so need to try harder. havent been sedentary this week either. however this is down to me... i recognise this is as a result of lots of days, if not months, of eating too much. theres no getting away from the facts! i may have health factors and am aging and i am not tall but the teuth is my body doesnt need me to overeat it needs me to eat healthily and look after it. i have also found some of the comments on this site quite sad and offputting. but my unhealthy eating will not go away without ME tackling it so i will look at the lots of inspirational people on here in same position as me... i must keep going

please don't let the odd few here put u off, it hardly ever happens and they have been banned now anyway, we r a good bunch and there's lots of people here with good tips and advice if u ask. Keep ur chin up Mrs, uv got this❤️

It's a nightmare when that happens. I find that if I have a day with a few more calories and a bit of wine after a stint of few it kick-starts me again! Bizarre but true. Or maybe get some friends together and go for. along walk? it's tough. you'll do it.
