Too early to be certain, but day 3 on bottled water, and it seems my stomach is nowhere near as sore, nor is my throat, and the coughing/throat clearing has really reduced... I can even lay on my right side now, without going into coughing fits. I go get a breathing test done tomorrow morning, to make sure I am breathing I guess... blood tests for Kidney function etc on Friday, so will see if my Kidneys have recovered. Tempted to get a water testing kit, to check for Nitrates, since that is what the Plumbing Chemical Parafos is based on... I think my Lawyer will be interested... this might be a separate lawsuit from the one I am co-filing with another resident. All I want is a peaceful life, but seems this place does not want to leave me in peace... more like in pieces. The Physician recited what is on the MSDS, (generally considered safe) but there are no longterm studies on ingestion listed... of course. But according to the MSDS, accidental ingestion can cause diarrhea, and direct skin contact can cause severe skin irritation...(does this sound like it's generally safe?) add those together, in small doses, ingested over the course of several months, and you have my symptoms. Unfortunately, this is all anecdotal without real evidence, which may very well be beyond my pay-scale. Even my morning Coffee (made with Bottled water) doesn't hurt now... yayyy

@StomachMonkeys.. got em stuck to the fridge with a magnet... if this does prove out to be the issue... who pays for the medical costs, our system has incurred trying to figure out what is wrong with my stomach? Including all the Pepto Bismol I have had to purchase... which is all itemized on my CC records.

Thanks MorticiaAddams, I hope so too and am hoping I am on the right track... tummy is still not happy, but I figure it took a while to get this way, so it will take a while to fully heal too... but I felt the bottled water hit my stomach like a soothing salve, instead of an assault... here's hopin.

I'm so glad you figured it out. It's terrible to have toxic tap water, but at least you have the bottled water option. Stay safe! Jeesh!

Thanks Erikahollister... dunno for certain yet, but the signs are giving me hope. Wondering if it damaged the stomach flora balance... may have to get some insoluble fiber going, to help slow/buffer the food absorption... don't seem to be bloating as bad, after eating too.

@Erikahollister... Feeling better every day, since I stopped using the Tap water... will probably be a few weeks before I am fully recovered, but it is already much better.
