Woke at 218.8. Still tons of water in me. It's visible in my ankles, etc. Going to drown myself in tea today. Won't get a chance to work out tonight as my son gets home after 5 years in the Navy! We pick him up at the airport at 7. He's requested dinner out, so that's what he's going to get! I will try to walk around the block once an hour at work if my schedule permits. Have a great weekend! UPDATE: Ate very light at work but then picked up my son from the airport and went to our favorite Italian restaurant, Mama Stella’s in Clinton, Md. Did not hold back on what we ate (except for dessert). That included bread and spaghetti. Came in under 2600 calories for the day, but definitely not LCHF. Welcome home, son! Closing out the month will be ugly for me, but I will keep on being strict when I am by myself and enjoying special occasions when I’m not.
