Right not had a drink for four days a world record for me. Have been really good since Sunday. Sorted diet out big time. Eating much more fruit and veg and not had anything to eat after dinner. Trying to eat less meat and having vegetarian evenings. Started eating breakfast this morning had fresh figs x 2 with honey. Will let go at the weekend as its bank holiday, but not too much. So I feel I am on it fingers crossed.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Played golf and had two pints with the BBQ after feel really guilty (should I?) off home to mope !!!

I find it impossible to lose weight when alcohol is involved - even if my calories are still at the 1200 range. If you're diabetic to boot, I think you'll find yourself really frustrated with the scale.

Weighed myself this morning lightest for about 5 months. Diet looks like it's starting to pay off! Having a night off but not going berserk back on track tomorrow. We watched my youngest sons wedding video from last Friday, wife ( Vivienne) caught sight of her back view and said "right that's it we are not doing fat on next sons wedding. So I am getting help from the my little chubby but curvy Greek sex God of a Mrs.
