Was not at home today at 14h00 when my eating window starts so pushed through and did a 22 hour fast .. was so easy .. no hunger or cravings! I guess it gets easier the longer you do IF! seen on youtube this happens the longer you do IF. It is like your body gets used to it and being trained to do it!
My main reason for doing IF is for the enhanced weight loss .. YES .. BUT .. More for the health benefits of "autopathy" rejuvenating you cells on a micro level and getting rid of all the junk and gunk of damaged cells and mitochondria!!
