Struggling right now. Lack of sleep, too much work, a husband who thinks every meal should contain a ton of carbs, plus eating out... I've not lost anything in days. Super frustrated. Sitting here in the breakroom at work and there's 2 pizzas. Smells so good but I'm resisting so far.
I work 2 more days, then I'll get some good sleep Tuesday night. Hoping I see a big drop Wednesday. And on Wednesday I get my big reward for hitting 10% lost! I'm getting a lip flip and I'm so excited! I hate my lips and I'm hoping this gives me a little bit of a self esteem boost.
In the last few days, I've had 2 different people tell me they can really tell I've lost weight. Makes the sacrifice worth it! I've taken a few selfies and I can definitely tell it in my face. One invited me to cross fit and I just might give it a try. I think I could do it with a buddy who I know won't make fun of me!
Two more weeks until my cruise. And only 3.5 weeks until my hysterectomy. And seven more shifts until vacation! I can do this!
