According to a BMI calculator I should weigh between 128 and 165 for my height of 5'9". That seems a little small to me. But since I haven't been that low on the weight scale since I was first in high school I guess I have no idea what it would feel like at this point. Getting within that range would require me to lose between 183 and 220 lbs. Right now I only have a goal of 104 lbs. I have given myself a year to do it. Maybe I can make my ultimate goal a pant size and not a weight. maybe I can shot for a size 12 when all is said and done.
