Day 62. Yesterday I went on the see food diet. I saw it I ate it. So today I skipped breakfast because I really wasn't hungry. I did my 2.25 miles in 45 minutes , packed my lunch and off to work I went. Tonight back on the dinner plan. Eye on the prize.

Yeah the weekends can be tempting for sure. It's to stay on the wagon with so many distraction tempting us. Just climb back on and give it yet another go.
