gampang kak, tinggal oat + telur + pisang (aku pake setengah, yg stengahnya buat topping) + kayu manis bubuk + susu low fat, abis itu tinggal di campur, terus dimasak tanpa minyak, finishnya ditambah madu 1sdm sama pisang sisa
