Been trying to figure out a change since I’ve been excessively eating more and more times a week lately. The last two days I started intermittent fasting. I tried this before, but didn’t really like doing it the last time. This time around I’m making sure I’m eating enough. I know it’s only been two days, but it seems to be working out so far. Not sure if it’s going to work for me long term. But hopefully the change, will be a good reset.
