Recognizing my ultra calorie Thursday was a stress induced fiesta. I was very active today also.
I am more emotional with my food now than I thought. I love this app! It really helps me hold myself accountable and the community features help me feel supported in my process. Shame is an ingredient that is an antithesis to one’s goals.

Making peace with strange habits I have developed due to unusual circumstances/experiences with food.
Sacred sustenance, healing ❤️‍🩹 my relationship with food. This app is very transformative, I feel.
