went and saw doctor yesterday down 8lbs since March...so I'm going continue my walking and yoga while watching my food intake I eat...last night I ended up binging on 2 small bags of chwey candy...$1 bags from dollar general wethers carmels and salty chocolate carmels.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
