Good Evening, FS Warriors! It has been a very busy day of working outside, mostly on the car and a motorcycle that hadn't run for a couple years. I am happy to say that both are doing well. I took the bike up the road for a spell. Ran it through the gears and made a lot of noise. Brakes in the front are sticking a bit, but nothing I didn't expect after sitting for two years. The kids had broken the alternator adjusting bolt, on the car, even with the housing. I tried everything, from welding a nut onto the bolt and trying to get it out, to heating things up a bit. Finally, I gave up and surrendered about $130 for another one. It's only money; a man has to know when it makes more sense to admit failure and do what it takes to make it right. I guess I should have eaten less, today but I was starving when I was finally able to come into the house. I didn't snack on any junk food, but I ate one more ham salad sandwich than I should have. Still under what used to be my normal RDI. Now, I'd like to stay under 1800; today I peaked at just above 2000. Considering how exhausted I feel right now, I would say I did fine. I doubt if any of you are up this late, but here's wishing you all a great day tomorrow! Toodles!
