I brought out my secret weapon this morning. It is adored by all Atkins followers. It is the mim muffin. At only 1.91 net carbs it is a huge advantage to starting the day off right. Yesterday was terrible for me diet wise. I wont go into detail, but I know we have all been there. I kept telling myself, don't do it, then went ahead and did it anyway. I had my knee checked out at the Orthopedic clinic. It was a 2 year follow-up since my last replacement in 2010. All is well, but boy was it cold in there. Then they were way behind schedule and I had to wait in the cold waiting room for one and a half hours before even getting my xrays done. ( they told me to get there early to update my paper work)The nerve of them people! You know they wouldn't have waited on me for an hour and a half. I hope they send me a survey to rate the service.

Yeah, been there. (Not the knee.) Every once in a while the daughter brings something into the house and I say to myself "I'll just have one". Next thing I know I'm doing an imitation of my chainsaw with my mouth. :( Hang in there, Diehard. ;)
