Well, I am seeing a three pound gain after a few days. I knew I shouldn't have had that piece of lasagna and garlic knots. Not only are those items full of carbs, they are gluten-based which causes inflammation, thus, weight gain, even though I have been pretty successful in sticking to my Fast-5 diet.
